In Mongolia, Manfred was able to hire drivers for a very small fee by the 
month-Economics being what they are in other countries-Manfred said what he 
paid, $150.00/month was often more than twice what the locals would 
ordinarily make. That is not feasible here in the US, besides the fact that 
he is very short of funds now, he really needs volunteer help for driving.
