Ever heard of a clay wine cooler? It's essentially an unglazed clay
pot. You wet it, and the evaporation on the outside (evaporation is an
exothermic, or cooling, process) draws the heat out of the bottle by
conduction. Works better in Arizona than Delaware, but will always work
at some rate when the ambient humidity is below 100%.
