diesels shutting off

Anyone out there have a problem w/ the new ford diesels just turning off
(while driving)?  my boss has a very nice '98 Ford 1 ton deully(sp?) that 4
times has done this.  it's been at the shop several times and no one can
figure out what is causing it.  A friend's '98 truck is doing the same
thing.

Has anyone else had this happen?  solutions?
