Hey! I got corrected on that and changed (somebody delete it from the
Archives quick!) I was looking for a source of calcium and saw that
"Dicalcium Phosphate" was a calcium supplement for horses and felt it was
safe (I've never figured out which lime is safe and which would kill
them)....HOWEVER somebody on ridecamp pointed out to me that the
"phosphate" counteracts the calcium and keeps it from helping my horse's
balance...in other words I'm adding to both sides of the equation at the
same time so I can't balance it. Soooo, I took my own bottle of calcium
supplement (for humans) and dumped it in the coffee grinder and used that
for my calcium last time. Used it and he's still alive. Anybody got any
advice on that?
Angie
