I can confirm it, as I received a fax from the ride manager Shel Sussman 
today.  He just said there was a conflict of schedules and did not elaborate 
further.  It's too bad; I rode it last year and had a great time.  Shel says 
they want to reserve the same time slot for the year 2000.
