Not having been there and never having read of any true details by
anyone who was, I am wondering, is there any possibility that in all the
confusion of catching the horse with the slipped saddle and getting it
calmed down and retacked, combined with the adrenaline of the situation
and of course the race itself, that the person who just continued on
wasn't actually aware of Debbie's wreck? I'd hate to be throwing
condemnations of behavior around if there was actually an explanation.
Maybe the person in question really is actually a horrible ogre monster
inconsiderate criminal, but then if there's a chance that he/she isn't,
I'd feel real bad about jumping to conclusions. Lif
