I use a breast collar and/or crupper if the horse/saddle combination needs
it; I use a helmet as a personal decision. I am tired of the tendency to try
to regulate everyone's lives. Perhaps we should all look like the OSHA
endurance rider. If anyone has seen the comic OSHA cowboy, imagine what one
could do with an OSHA endurance horse!!!
I agree with the quoted statement above.
