I recently attended a presentation about equine nutrition by a rep from KER.
regarding kernels of grains that we've probably all seen in poop, the
comment was that KER actually did some serious investigation into this
(yeeeecccchhhh!! - the very idea!) and discovered that what you see in the
poop is just the hull of the grain, not the whole kernel.
