Cold Compress & Pin Firing Qs

Anybody have any magical ideas for talking a Standardbred into tolerating
an ice pack on his eye???


Oh - also, this horse was pin-fired (for "blown suspensory ligaments)
into oblivion on all legs, swelling down on 3 legs, but RF is very
swollen with almost no flexibility at the pastern area.  He's on
cosequin, but is there something to help lessen swelling (or scar tissue
remaining)??

pin vvfiring to corrected a blown suspensory on RF leg - swelled.  Any
