Hi again Sue,
actually the woman we all saw kicking her horse was tall, youngish
[30s] and thin. Sounds like the right body type, certainly wish I
came to the sport with that body! We were surprised at the
quietness of most everyone's leg and seat. The rider that upset
people by her kicking her horse on every step was not suffering from
floppy legs; she appeared to be doing everything possible to press a
reluctant horse. No one is making fun of or criticizing a novice
rid. God forbid, I know I don't look great in the saddle!
Stay cool :)

has had very little education in riding but is trying and has a mouth
that we all wish we could tape shut. Do we ban her from the sport
because of this? Hire Stewards to "judge" us? Be careful what you
wish for; take a long hard look at how YOU appear in the saddle.
None of us look neat and quiet like a dressage or jumper rider, quite
the opposite. If we are going to get upset about what other riders
do, perhaps we should do some personal improvement first.>>
