We've gotten ours from State Line Tack, but their catalog does not list
all the various shapes, only some.  When they ship, though, it comes
with a brochure from Cashel that lists all the shapes & also other
products.

One might try through State Line, or contact Cashel directly - the
brochure says 800-333-2202, local Onalaska WA 360-978-4330, fax
