Looking for owner of horse

Hi, I'm looking for the owners of the brother to my gelding.  I've been told he lives in Mossy Rock, WA and he would have been purchased from Stephanie Hittle I believe as a stallion.  He's gray, was foaled in '94.  His sire is Raffsindi and his dam is Karthal Habiba.  I hear he's being conditioned for endurance.  I would love to see him and find out if he's still a stallion.
