I've often wondered about that, since our stallion tends to sire foals
that match his personality so often - in fact, when we got a foal of his
that wasn't like him - people oriented, laid back and quick learning -
we were surprised and disappointed. When we've bred mares that have
produced by our stallion to other stallions, the foal dispositions' are
definitely different. I'm wondering if "disposition" is more strongly
related to genetics than it supposedly is. Lif
