caretaker position wanted

My husband was forced into early retirement last year and we are now in
a unique situation. Our four children are grown and have moved away. We
have toyed with the idea of moving, but are not quite sure how far and
where we want to go.

We would like to find a caretaker position somewhere that would provide
a small house and pasture for two horses. My husband is most recently
retired from being an appliance service technician, but has many other
skills and abilities qualifying him as an excellent all-around
handyman.  I myself have 30+ years of horse handling experience, though
no formal training. We are both computer literate and have managed small
network systems.

We're open to anything at this point - just like to know what's out
there!
