heat burns on rider
Hi Ridecampers,
Do any of you know how to prevent heat burns or sweat sores on the rider
in hot riding conditions? Also how do you treat them after you get
them?
Whenever I ride in hot weather (over 75) I get these burns on my legs
between ankles and knees. Any suggestions? I wear cotton lycra tights
and cotton socks. I wear ariat boots but do not lace the tops in hot
weather.
