Because I'm a drinking fool who tends to dehydrate, I usually take the
90-oz bladder, filled to the brim, which forces me to (1) start out Lakota
at a walk, and (2) drink a lot of water early on, because it is somewhat
uncomfortable to trot with 90 oz. After about 15-20 minutes of walking
and sipping, we are both ready to trot up and get down the trail!
I have a backpack model with padded straps and a waist strap, too, which
keeps it from bouncing too much.
