Trailer question

Hey Ya'll

My niece is looking at a trailer and it's something I have no experience
with.  I've never heard the term "fiberglass over metal"

The description is:  1991 fiberglass over metal 2-horse gooseneck
trailer, Bathroom/shower, kitchen, microwave, closet, table, queensize
sleeper.  Insulated with vinyl coating.  Trim is plywood and rough cedar.
 New awning. & tires, needs fender.  $4,500.

What do you think? Sounds like a good deal as far as the camper, but
what's the deal with the "fiberglass over metal?"
