Your request for a form to let your horse go seems to indicate that you need
to list what you want out of the deal. First of all how much does your horse
cost? What happens if you take money and the person thinks that is the sale
price because when he/she gets the horse home the horse gets injured/sick and
they call a vet and then claim a setoff. Would this persons insurance cover
any injuries or death? Suppose they just take the horse and you never see
them again? You may think some of what I have said is beyond belief but I
have been lawyering 20 years and what you propose is a dangerous enterprise
for you. Make sure you get the buyers drivers license, take only a local
check you know is good (call the bank) and ask for references from someone
