Black Widow bites
Glad your daughter is okay. My symptoms weren't the same. I had none until
the morning after the bite, which was on my back. I experienced pain in the
chest every time I tried to inhale, slight fever. I remembered the bite and
the black widow I had seen. When I got to the doctor, he gave me a shot. I
believe it was an antihistamine or something. He did not mention antivenom.
This was 1970. I was fine an hour later.
