Fw: Re: CTR (use your delete key if you're sick of this)
NATRC does not require you only to tie your horse to a trailer. You can
stationary picket to a line or if the facilities are available, everyone
could put there horses in stalls. The idea, as I understand it, is that
everyone stable their horses under similar conditions. I think some of you
guys need to read a NATRC rulebook................some of these "rules"
coming across this list are not entirely accruate. Since I've already gone
out on a limb here, I might as well "crack the branch". I don't care what
ride you go to, whose rules you ride under, there will be something you
don't agree with. I've actually done more limited distance then anything,
and not new to horses, learned more in the two NATRC rides then the 5
limited distance. Don't get me wrong, but limited distance people were "poor
relation". Yes, I did observe, ask questions, & met some nice people, but
sorry guys, not a whole lot of learning going on in my experience. I'm not
saying I didn't learn nothing, but what it I did was hard to come by. I
think it's time to quit nit picking & just give & take from each other &
grow together. I like them both & just love to ride faster then a walk. No
apologies, just my opinion. Kathy & Peeples, W. N.Y.
