confession of an OD first-timer

OK,
I confess!!  The OD was my first 100.  In 1980 or 81?  In blue jeans.  On a
13.3 hand Morab mare.  In the rain.  On a Crosby Prix des Nations jumping
saddle.  Oh yeah, cavalry (or however that's spelled!).  Finished in 23.5
hours.  Everything wrong but turned out all right!!  Guess that's about as
naive as it gets!!

Still would like to do the Tevis!

Barb and Whisper, now 28 and still sound (horse, not the rider)
