John, I don't know if she's on ridecamp or not, but you might want to contact 
Barb Lee at nearside@easystreet.com.  She is really into driving and is the 
one who got distance driving trials started in this area.  Carts and 
harnesses are her business, and she really knows her way around that sort of 
stuff.
