That's what I would do, or a partial refund.  The thing the ride manager 
needs to realize, it doesn't take a whole lot of word of mouth, and their 
ride is history!  And believe me, if I called and cancelled and they required 
me to pre-enter, I had better get my money back or a ride entry the next 
time.  Or everyone would know!  And when it happened to me, I screamed long 
and loud, and got my refund!  Others who didn't say anything, didn't.
