appetite stimulus

I was recently told that there is a product called Ration Plus that is a
probiotic and supposedly contains something else to stimulate appetite (or
maybe it was just that the probios were supposed to stimulate appetite).
Would appreciate hearing from any who have used or know about this product,
and who makes it and where to purchase it.
