Riding Vacations?

I am looking through the brochure from Hidden Trails who sponsor
quite a few riding vacations throughout the world.  A friend & I
are considering going to Spain or Portugal, perhaps Ireland, next
spring.

Does anyone have experience with this company?  Has anyone done a
ride in any of the areas of interest?
