Need "Evaluator"/ No. Cal.

I negociated a price for the horse I want to buy and now I need some
additional "advice or opinions". I think I got the vet check handled
(and thanks to everyone who helped me with No. Cal. vets) but now I
would like this:

Need to hire a natural horse centered "trainer" or evaluator to asess a
horse that I am buying. Horse is located in Northern California, above
Sacramento, near a Oroville. Looking for a qualified person to evaluate
personality, temperament and how the horse "reacts" to new stimulus.
All horses react differently, and I need to make sure this horse is
stable and sensible in the mind and not a "wacko" or bolter or spinner.
I know I can re-condition a horse but I prefer to start with a horse
that has a sound mind to begin with then work with and condition a horse
who is tough at the start.I live out of the area, otherwise I would do
it myself.
