Hi All...
just wanted to get my 2 cents in on this one. I agree that the point to
endurance is the highter mileage and all that, but I disagree with nearly
totally eliminating LD's because of the beginner factor. Newbies to
Endurance don't usually want to start right out on a 50. The LD's give us a
taste of what it's like, then we move on to the bigger races when our horses
and us are ready. (Speaking as a newbie myself). I don't disagree with
ya'll just giving my opinion on the matter!
Also, I would like to re-connect with someone I met on Ridecamp that lived
in Decatur, Texas so that I might meet her this summer sometime... could you
please e-mail me? Thanks! :o)
Okay one more thing... Any hints on good saddle pads out there for a western
saddle used for Endurance???? Is a ring/D Ring snaffle bit bad/good for
endurance riding???
Thanks for all ya'lls help you've been wonderful to me and my horses!
