A month ago when we were too dry to find "spongeable" water I carried my
scoop that we use in the vet check. The few creeks that were not dry are
definately too muddy to take a horse into, so I was able to scoop the water
and take it to my horse. My latest scoop is a "Vivid" colorsafe bleach
bottle, cut off just the bottom, very short, stout and wide enough that my
horse was also able to drink from it, probably holds a qt or more of water.
Of course, this is where that Arabian teacup muzzle really comes in handy!!
