OK, folks, help us out here.  Someone wrote asking about our Tevis Crew Service,
but their email address must have been misspelled and AOL sez "yer toast."

Attached is their query and our response.  Any help in getting to the rightful
recipient would be roundly appreciated!!!

Thanks for the inquiry.

We price our crew service for the Tevis Ride according to the number of riders
and the scope of coverage.  

In recent years, the number of locations where crew are allowed has shrunk to
just four:  Robie Park (start), Robinson Flat, Foresthill, and the Finish.  Most
riders do not require assistance at Robie, except possibly to have their rig
moved to Auburn.  We can provide that service for $50/rig.

Robinson Flat and Foresthill are places we can provide "spot crew" service:  We
get there early and meet you with hay/grain/electrolytes/whatever else you
provide, assist with cooling your horse to meet criteria, and provide you, the
rider, with food/beverages of your choice.  For one rider we ask $300/spot; add
$30/each for more riders, provided they are doing the Ride together.

Generally, there is no need for crew service at the Finish.

Please feel free to call to discuss details or special needs.  If you would like
to book crew service, please call as soon as possible before the Ride to provide
ample time for planning the logistics with you.
