update horsing around
To bring anyone who is interested in "to wrap or not to wrap" and dualing
friends,
I just want to say thanks for your input, and that Rajah is doing great. The
swelling is down, he's not even limping anymore. I have two more days of
antibiotics that was confirmed by two vets. I especially liked the response
of one reader to wrap the opposing leg with tape and write on it "do not
remove". I also wanted to let you know I haven't lost either friend yet....I
had no idea this would have become the deal it did...however I think both
friends were trying to do the best for Rajah and they both will ultimately
let me make any more decisions re: him. I love all of them(Rajah and both
friends) The one friends did want me to tell you that he was the one giving
me all the supplies I would need to take care of Rajah and that when he
checked the bandage the first time, it had already started cutting off
circulation which is why he
took it off and gave me a quilted wrap to put on before wrapping it again.
I'm pretty sure they both know now that I would like them to check with me
first and that I make the final decisions when it comes to my little arab.
