Ear Crud Question
I visited with an old friend on Saturday and gave him a hand (and of course
opinions) with a horse that he has been given the use of. This horse has a
small area in one ear of the white, almost warty, flaky crud that I've seen
in many horses over the years. For the life of me I can't remember what it's
called or really much about it at all. I've never had a horse that had it
myself but I know I've been told what it is and just plain old dumped the
info. Of course my friend asked me what it is and what he should treat it
with. Don't have any vet books here at work but do have time to ponder the
loss of brain cells and other mysteries of life. Can anyone help me out
here? I'll email my friend with the best (not necessarily most accurate)
answers.
