AERC fee structuring

Glenda, I'm catching up late on posts, but as AERC's Trails Chair, I have
to say that if we could ever get a good-size Trails Fund together, I
would be opposed to donating  any of it to  groups such as Nature
Conservancy.    We have too many  needs in the endurance world and in
building and maintaining horse trails  to be giving $$$ away, especially
to NC which, on occasion in the past,  has acted against horses on trails
in the past.   This is not to prevent individual AERC members from
donating to, or being members of, NC, Rails-to-Trails, or suchlike.
