You're all going to laugh at this, but I use clear Swat!!! I slather it
on my arms and legs before I get dressed, and blot off the excess...
it's <heh!heh!heh!> a wonderful moisturizer too! I also spray fly spray
on my clothing, lycra or not... never seemed to hurt.
I also use that Farnahms fly cream on my arms when I get desperate. I
carry Swat and Farnahms to use on the horses in place of spray on rides.
Is it good for me? Well... it keeps the flies away, so it keeps me
sane... it's good for the people around me!
My father swears by Vitamin B complex for keeping bugs away. It "seems"
to keep mosquitos away from me too.
