Can anyone help?  I currently have a silver series icelandic horse in England and have just started Interval Training.  I have trouble in getting the heart rate up to 180, let alone higher, even when galloping 3 - 4 miles.  Has anyone any experience of this breed in Interval training? Are their HR's lower? Or am I just not going fast enough?  Any advice welcomed.
