fence ladder

Hi from Mary.  Make 2 ladder looking things with about 5 steps each, hinge
them at the top with a bolt and make it straddle the fence like an A frame.
It just sits there, not attatched to anything. If the horse gets a foot
caught the thing will move and sort of fall over sideways and the horse is
ok. If the horse is a wood chewer have a welder make it out of pipe.
