Hobbles

    There have been a couple posts on hobbles in the last couple months,
and one of the posters (both in the internet and riding sense, I suppose..)
stated that it was a good a idea to train a horse to hobble in case they
got the reins around their legs, which usually happnes to a horse at least
once in his or her lifetime.
    Does anyone know how to train a horse to hobble on your own?
