ARGH!!! Poison Oak - again!
Three months ago, I was pruning poison oak and ended up with a terrible
case of poison oak that never completely went away.
Yesterday while up in Coe, I helped rescue a fawn that was a few weeks
old and had nerve damage, was having trouble walking. We were on the
road, and this little thing was stumbling and falling all over, scraping
it's self up horribly. After watching it struggle, I dismounted and
picked it up and put it in a creek bed. Joan Throgmorton went back and
got it to take home to vet husband Bill... it may make it.
Well... guess where deer live? I'm starting to get a lovely rash.....
Any good suggestions for poison oak? I use topicals, but need to know
how others have dealt with it.
