RE: running shoes
I really like the Nike Air Mada Pro. This is actually a light weight hiker
(both low and mid height made). I just bought my second pair. The first
lasted for a couple of years. They have a really foot conforming shape which
keeps your foot from sliding forward into the toe, plenty wide, fair arch
support, good cushion. Cost is about $84 but Sports Authority just had them
on sale at 50% off. Most of your outdoor stores sell them.
