Eggs contain a protein that binds one of the B vitamins. Because of that, if
eaten in sufficient quantity, raw eggs can cause a significant deficiency.
It would likely be tough to get a horse to eat enough raw eggs to do that,
but still, it is best to feed cooked eggs. Not to mention the risk of
diseases like Salmonella, etc., in raw eggs. Just curious, though--why would
you want to feed the horse eggs in the first place?
