Black horses in endurance

Well I won't name any names but I did see the post where  "someone" actually 
made the comment that black horses didn't do well in endurance...Did I read 
that right?? It seems as though I remember the young lady coming in first at 
the St. Jude 100 miler riding a Black horse...Or maybe my eyes were deceiving 
me...It was around 11:30 at night....hum...maybe all horses look black at 
night after 100 miles.
