That's when you strand the underside of your vehicle on some sort of obstacle 
(most usually a rock) and the wheels no longer contact the ground 
sufficiently to give you traction to drive off of it.  Sorta like a turtle on 
a post.  One of those problems that most pavement drivers never encounter.
