Need new farrier in Maryland

Desperately in need of a new farrier, one who will shorten and roll the
toes, and not pare the frogs down to neat little nubs and obliterate all
evidence of bars.  A person who would actually like to work with me, as a
team, would be a god-send.

Horse is located in northwestern Baltimore County, Maryland, just to the
west of Prettyboy Reservoir.
