Weighty Issue- XHW Division

I think we need to add an Extra Heavy Weight Division.  The majority of
heavyweight riders just squeek over the 211 weight requirement with tack,
and many of the best heavyweight riders around the country arn't
heavyweights without their waterbottles filled and wet saddle pads.

Horses should be rewarded that carry the real heavyweights, 240 lbs. or
over.

Just my opinion.
