RC: RE: Riding Pregnant
Hmmmm..... I have had 5 pregnancies. with 4 of those I rode
horse
until I could not sit in the saddle anymore and one of those
pregnancies I carried twins. On the 5th pregnancy I never got on
a horse and I miscarried. It seems to me that I was better off
riding will pregnant. Having a miscarriage is hell!!
Also I was told by my doctor during my pregnancies that I was
better
off to be riding. He said it was good exercise for me, since I
was
use to it and that the baby was well protected by fluid and my
body.
Do pregnant women avoid stairs because they might fall and
miscarry?
I don't think so.
