Hey, what's wrong with simply getting off and walking for a bit if you have
pain? The parts effected will get some circulation, you'll get some
fitness exercise, and both you and your horse get to take a break. That
may not be for the more competitive, but it sure works for the rest of us
who simply want to enjoy the ride. Of course, you'll have to march in
place if you're doing a CTR <vbg>.
