Re: Arab or TWH/or any other breed/P&R criteria
A finished cutting horse, regardless of breed, should go on
a completely slack rein (in fact, you lose points for
reining). Therefore, the ability to cut competitively
bridle-less should be the norm, not the exception. Go to an
NCHA event sometime, you'll see reins floppin' around all
over the place.
This is not to disparage the horses you mentioned. They
were/are some pretty dang nice horses.
