Truman, I completely agree and wrote to say the same thing.  You need to
be happy with YOUR horse(whatever the breed) you need to do  a great job
of CONDITIONING your horse, whatever the breed, there are no short-cuts
no matter how many scientific "tools" you buy(although they can help
out) and you need  at LEAST two years of riding and rides to really have
a horse "ready to go".  Last but NOT least, you need to be a team and
build a "bond"with your horse or the horse won't give you the" HEART"
which is the final ingredient in seeing whether or not you have choosen
the "right horse for YOU".
