Missouri Fox Trotters

From Mary in Oregon,    Penny Tanner of the Northwest district rides a Fox
Trotter stallion and does very well on him.If my memory is correct  she and
her little pinto earned our regional stallion mileage award 2 years ago.
I've ridden with her and he is very well mannered, and it's quite
entertaining to watch those feet going down the trail. She just sits there
looking cool and comfortable while the horse does all the work. When I see
her I'll ask her to write to ridecamp with more details.  Please stand
