May sound like a strange question, someone else asked me it
and I didn't know the answer so thot I'd ask the collective
wisdom of Ridecamp.

Is it against ride rules for a horse to have his legs wrapped
during a ride?  I don't remember ever seeing one at a ride,
but don't know if it's a rule.  Thanks.......
