Re: under pads

Our "Sure Guard" pads are made of cotton. It is a doubled over pad
for more airflow. We use these pads on mulit-days so I would say that they
work. I have had some feed back about some of the pads working out from
under the saddles. We researched it: One person had the pad working out
under to the rear or back of the her saddle. Found out that the saddle was
to tight in the wither area. She fixed that by taking out some of the saddle
padding. It now works great. Another person had the opposite effect. Same
thing, the saddle was to tight in the rear or back. The Sure Guard pad was
bunching up under the saddle right in front of the withers area. Believe it
or not, she completed 60 miles at the Cow Tanks with no back sore, even with
the pad bunched up. She went on to do 2 more days. Since then she has made
saddle adjustments and now has no problems. I guess what I'm finding out is
the pad doesn't move if you saddle fits your horse:)
We like the pad for multi-days also because we use one side one day,
the other side another. A new pad on both sides each day, and then find the
cleanest side of both pads to finish off the 5th day!
Oh Yeah, the cost is $25.00 each and comes in most solid colors. If
you don't like it send it back and we will return your money.
